Redwood Forest Brochure
This piece is a concept for a complete rework of the Redwood Forest National Park brochure and map, all information taken and converted from the official Redwood Forest Visitor Brochure and condensed into 20 pages, to be printed double sided and folded into a booklet.
The design began with the complete reworking of the brochure’s logo from scratch. Inspired by the iconic trunk of the Redwood and the Roosevelt Elk that are native to the area, I created a logo that works with both the colors chosen for the branding, as well as in black and white.

The main goals of this design were to create an easily navigable and understandable design, a high contrast design for legibility, and easy and cheap printing on mass. In order to achieve this, I used a monochromatic design that could easily be changed into other colors or be printed on different colored paper in order to save ink.
